We scout our artists by attending local, grassroots events across Manchester, by actively engaging with social media and through word of mouth from industry contacts.

We book suitably sized venues for our collaborators, based on their existing audience in Manchester, and the potential yet reasonable capacity they could attract. We respect honesty and realism when it comes to discussing venue choices, as we all know it's always better to have a compact space, rather than an empty one.

We communicate and organise all of the event logistics including the organisation of set times, distribution of tickets and gathering information for tech specs to send over to the sound engineers.

NEW PRISM usually distributes all event tickets through Fatsoma. Ticket prices can vary depending on the artist and their experience, as well as the venue and how advanced the chosen space is. We consider selling tickets in tiers depending on the type of show, for example, early bird and discounted, otherwise they go at a set price and then of a bit more expense on the doors.
